​Where it all began 

I discovered Yoga as a teenager and was shocked by the immediacy of its influence on my anxious mind and stressed body, I quickly became hooked! Years later and it is my most dependable practice, an antidote to the modern worlds stressors helping my often whirring mind to slow so I can come wholly into presence and find clarity.

My Philosophy

Community and connection is really at the heart of why I teach, from holding classes and retreats through to the conversations and bonds we forge when we come together with a shared purpose. All the best endeavours and memories in our lives our usually associated with natural wonders or moments with one or many other people. This is why I’m a big advocate for spending as much time outdoors as you possibly can and of course in community, giving, receiving, learning and through these actions really embodying emotions of joy, connection and fulfillment that make up the best parts about being human.

I aim to inspire my students to to learn how to 'just be' in a world that prizes productivity we can learn instead to connect to our natural rhythms, the bodies intelligence and in turn a deeper understanding of ourselves. I hope to inspire you to find pleasure in your yoga practice, reaping the many benefits that come from the movement, the breath and the power of rest.

 

Through Yoga we cultivate space to connect in with our deeper current life questions, or importantly a  reminder of what gives our lives value. Yoga helps us come back to the big things, the most important things.  

The aim - to help you strip back and connect to yourself, to others, the natural world and all you do in life.
