I often mention the importance of routine and consistency with building up your own Yoga practice. Something you can incorporate into your lifestyle, even if you can only manage a 5 minute morning stretch or 3 minutes of sun salutations. We all have different priorities and finding acceptance in the inevitable ebbs and flows of life is the first step. Yoga is many things, not just physical, so your Yoga practice can look like 10 minutes of wind-down breath work, or in contrast 10 minutes of Warrior 2/3 flows!
I can't stress enough how making a habit out of a little bit of daily mobility, stretching and breath work can enable you to truly see and feel progress within your Yoga practice and to feel the benefits of Yoga more clearly
