This is a nice theme to work with in class as 'exploration' can serves as a reminder to always look toward growth and newness within your yoga practice.

Explore your body's potential ( usually, we have a perceived idea of what our bodies can do - can you explore the edge this week, challenge mind & body! Can you explore how good Yoga can feel, through the breathwork, moments of rest & through the mindful movement.
Experienced Yogis, can you explore how a familiar pose can always have greater depths, can you connect more to your breath in a pose to reveal greater levels of complexity and sensation.
