The Power of Breathwork 


Breath work is a rapidly growing modality that can aid in achieving emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing.

It enables nervous system flexibility, so we can become more adaptable to everyday stressors and develop inner resilience.

Noticing and controlling our breath is something we have access to at every moment - a free, accessible human function with which we can make direct changes to our physiology. There are so many benefits to breathing functionally  and  tension release,  a strengthened cardiovascular system, and an improved immune system are just a few.


What is Breathwork?


Breathwork is the purposeful engagement of conscious, connected breathing.

For centuries, we have found that by changing rate,depth,flow of the respiratory cycle we can create a shift in consciousness, cognition and our state of awareness.


In today's times we are learning that when applied therapeutically, the shifts created from conscious connected breathing can stimulate our relaxation response, recalibrate our nervous systems and enable physical tension release in the body.

My breathwork approach is to promote a feeling of safety, space, freedom to express and access anything that comes up for you. I will guide you through engaging our breath in a way that deregulates our overstimulated nervous systems - which I believe is the key to emotional and physical health.

I hope to leave you with a resounding feeling of awe at the way in which our breath can show and then release stored emotion and the effect conditioning our breath can have on the mind, body and soul.

Moreover, you will learn how to harness your breath and utilise certain breathing techniques and deploy them when you most need them in life.
